Jeff Leis Obituary
Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife, Ann Leis, and their children, Dawn (Jon) Chapman, Steve (Kelli Sims) Leis, and Amanda Crawford. He was also a proud grandfather to Dagan and Maya Chapman, Abigail Crawford, and Alexander Leis. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his son, Sam Leis.
A memorial service in honor of Jeffrey will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Cornejo Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 1030 Mission Road, Wellington, Kansas, 67152. Please wear Chief's gear or red, yellow, and white in honor of Jeff's favorite team.
In Jeff's honor, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Donations may be mailed or left with the funeral home.
