Mr. Jeffrey “Jeff” Scott Linville, 49 of Mount Airy, went to his heavenly home on Thursday night October 2, 2025. He was born June 11, 1976, in Surry County to Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Smith Linville and the late Billy Gray Linville, Sr. He was a handyman and a jack of all trades, but most recently he was a HVAC technician. Jeff was of the Baptist faith who loved God, his family, the Bible, and his little dog Gidget. Mr. Linville is survived by his mother, Debbie Linville; two brothers, Billy Linville, Jr. (Michelle) and Jason Linville (Susie); half-sister, Mary Linville Coone; two nieces, Emily Hooker (Terry) and Savannah Linville; great nephew, Shepherd Gray Hooker; special friend, Lora Vipperman; and by several Aunts and Uncles. Jeff takes his mother’s love with him! The Linville family will hold a private family memorial at a later date. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
