Mr. Jeff Parker, 62, of Adel, Georgia passed away on April 18, 2025 at his residence following a sudden illness. He was born on July 30, 1962 in Adel, Georgia to the late Robert Junior Parker and the late Mary Ellen Rentz Parker. Mr. Parker lived all of his life in Cook County and was the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Adel. He was a member of China Grove Baptist Church in Colquitt County. Mr. Parker is survived by his wife, Patricia Castleberry Parker: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Shane and Christin Parker, Shawn Parker; four grandchildren, Seth Hayes, Jaylin Parker, Cole Parker and Paisley Parker; and one sister, Tonya Parker, all of Adel. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Tina Bristol Bennett. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday April 21, 2025 at China Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Jackie Cabaniss and Rev. William Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Eric Graham, Austin Benton, Randy Dunn, Alan Phelps, Joey Rents, Kevin Barnhill, Eric Pittman and Clay Shierling will serve as active pallbearers. Josh Southerland, Jason Dent, Kirt Schmidt and City of Adel Employees will serve as honorary pallbearers. Tammy Livingston will play piano and Freddie Potts will sing "Beulah Land" and "I'll Meet You in the Morning" at the service. Visitation will take place at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service. Condolences may be expressed online at www.boonefunerals.com.
