Jeff Lyle Schlepp

Jeffery Schlepp, of Yakima, joined his Lord and Savior on September 9, 2023, at his home in West Valley. Jeff was 59 years old, born in Yakima in 1963. He attended West Valley schools and graduated from West Valley High School.
He moved from the Yakima Valley to Montana. After being away from his home for many years, he returned to Yakima in 2020 to help his dad, working on the cattle and hay ranch. He was a hard worker, and if he started a project, he'd work at it relentlessly to the end.
Upon returning to Yakima, he made many close friends, such that they would help each other through good and hard times. Loved and willing to reach out and help others. Jeff and his dog, Dolly, were inseparable. He enjoyed the outdoors and some fishing.
Jeff loved his Bible and the teachings of John MacArthur, and the Book "Jesus Today."
Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Schlepp, a sister, Becky Schlepp, grandparents, Berrie and Lucilla Riddle, Gust and Edna Schlepp. He is survived by his dad, Royal Schlepp, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed by family, many friends, and his little buddies that Jeff would bring out to experience the life of a rancher and attend church with him.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 10:00am, at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
