Jeff Talley was born on March 30, 1966 in Savannah, Tennessee, the son of Patsy Ann Casteel Talley and the late Frank B. Talley.
On March 13, 2009, he was united in marriage to Danna Margaret Franks, who survives.
Jeff worked for Caterpillar Corporation in Corinth, Mississippi. He was an avid case knife collector and football fan, and loved University of Tennessee football.
Jeff Franklin Talley departed this life on January 31, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 57 years, 10 months, and 1 day.
He is survived by his mother, Patsy Talley of Savannah, Tennessee; wife, Danna Franks-Talley of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Teresa Gordon (Danny) of Savannah, Tennessee, Nesi Sheffield (Wade) of Crump, Tennessee, and Dianna Scott of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Gary Talley (Sue) of Savannah, Tennessee; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his father, Jeff was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Melson Talley.
