Jefferson Michael Rayburn

Jefferson Michael Rayburn, affectionately known as "Jeff," was born on May 19, 1943, and left this world on March 19, 2025. Over his 81 years of life, Jeff was cherished for his light-hearted spirit, always joking around and bringing joy to those around him. He was a devoted family man, leaving a legacy of love and laughter for his family.

Jeff had a fulfilling career that spanned over 50 years. He devoted many of those years to Coca-Cola, where he excelled as a presalesman, building relationships and selling products to various stores. Additionally, he thrived as a truck driver and salesman, making his mark in the industry through his dependable work ethic and engaging personality.

Beyond his professional life, Jeff was a man of diverse talents and interests. He was a gifted artist, showcasing his creativity through various forms of art. An exceptional gardener, he found joy in nurturing plants and watching them flourish. In the kitchen, he was a remarkable chef, delighting family members and their friends with his culinary skills. And like many, he appreciated the simple pleasure of a good nap.

Through it all, Jeff was perhaps most proud of the life he built alongside his beloved wife, Roberta Rayburn. Together, they created a warm and loving home over their 51 years of marriage. This bond was the cornerstone of his happiness and a cherished aspect of his legacy.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Roberta Rayburn; his three sons, Stephen A. Rayburn, Jeffrey A. Rayburn (Laura), and Joseph Rayburn (Andrea); and six grandchildren, Joseph Jr. Rayburn, Cody A. Rayburn, Brooke N. Rayburn, Megan N. Rayburn, and Hayden K. Rayburn, alongside seven great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Rayburn, and his sister, Linda Mosone (Dr. Robert).

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Eugene Rayburn; his mother, Alma Rayburn; his sister, Helen Barnhart; and his brother, Butch Rayburn.

Jeff's warmth, humor, and love for his family will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
