Mr. Jeffery Lynn Butler, 54 of 1243 Centerville Church Rd. Fairmont, NC, was born on October 13, 1970, to Mary Lee and Wilbert Butler "Buck". He departed his life on August 09, 2025, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his mother, Mary Lee Mauney, his father, Wilbert Butler "Buck", his wife, Angie Butler and a daughter, Savanna Kaye Butler.

Jeff was a simple man, but never boring; original-one-of-a-kind to say the least. His love for the outdoors was evident in every aspect of his life, whether he was working, casting a line into the water, flying his RC planes with meticulous detail, or simply soaking in the sun and salty air of the beach. These hobbies weren't just activities; they were a reflection of his spirit – a spirit of adventure, patience, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world around him. His passion for RC planes, fishing, and the beach led to countless cherished memories with loved ones, leaving a lasting mark on all those who shared these experiences with him.

Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory, his fiancé, April Brooks, three children, Brandi Le'Cole Mitchell, Joshua Lynn Butler and India Ivey Walters, two grandchildren, Connor Butler and Lucan Locklear, four sisters, Debbie Mitchell (Kenny) of Rowland, Teresa Rogers (Melvin) of Orrum, Maryann Haywood (Vance) of Louisiana, Sandra Whitted (Stewart) of Lumberton, six brothers, Wilbert Lee Butler Jr "Porky" (Kristen) of Lumberton, William Merle Butler of Florida, Eric Butler of Pembroke, Robbie Revels of Hope Mills, Shawn Revels of Pembroke, Sandy McMillan (Julie) of Lumberton and a host of relatives and friends. May his spirit soar with the RC planes he so loved, find serenity in the peaceful waters he fished, and forever be touched by the beauty of the beaches he adored.
