Jeffery Allen Neal, 51, of Victor, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on OCtober 22, 2025 at Summersville Regional Hospital after a brief unexpected illness.

Born April 2, 1974, at Montgomery, he was the son of Clyde and Joyce (Settle) Neal.

Jeff was a devoted husband and a loving father. He loved his family with all of his heart and enjoyed his job as the Maintenance Director at the Ansted Center. Jeff loved the outdoors spending time catfishing and peacefil evenings with his wife. Jeff cheered on the Dallas Cowboys and loved shooting his guns with his children and reminising on old times. Jeff enjoyed playing outside in the dirt with his grandson and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his granddaughter.

Jeff was loved by all who knew him and was a light in his families lives and will be missed beyond measure.

Jeff was preceded in death by his best friend of 30 years, "Pat" Horrocks; and his dear friend, Richard "Denny" Patton.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Joyce and Clyde Neal; his mother and father-in-law, Ammie and David Watters; his beautiful and loving wife, Heather Neal; his beloved children, Dakota Neal, Austin Neal (Meri Workman), Madison Patton (Brent Morris), Makayla Gannon (Dewayne Gannon); his niece whome he considered as a daughter, Amalynn (Paige) Watters; his sister, Tammy (Neal) Showalter; and his grandchildren who he loved dearly, David Lee Holdenn Watters and Ember Aurora Grace Gannon.

In keeping with Jeff's wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Although flowers are a nice gesture of sympathy at a time like this the Neal family request no flowers be sent to the residence at this time.
