He was born in London, England of September 18, 1955, son of Naomi Bates Rhode and the late John Rhode. He was a high school graduate and a member of Lockhart Baptist Church, Saluda, SC. Jeffery was a retired Truck-Driver.
He leaves to honor and cherish his memory; his mother, Naomi Bates Rhode of Greenwood, SC; daughter, Keisha (Andrew) Williams of Washington, DC; two grandchildren; brothers, James (Shwandra) Rhode of Maryland, Jesse Lee Rhode (Debra) of Bowie, MD, Jonathan Rhode and Joseph (Audrey) Rhode both of Greenwood, SC; nieces, nephews. other relatives and sorrowing friends.
