Jeffery J. Soules

Jeffery J. Soules, 60, passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, January 8, 2022. He was predeceased by his parents Gerald & June Soules. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Denise Soules; his daughters Jenise (Sarah) Soules, Joelle (Justin) Bennett and Michelle (Jon) Mathews; grandchildren Adelyn, Deklyn, Joseph, Auden, Nicholas and Emily; sister Kim (Fred) Emmi; mother-in-law Elizabeth Finch; sister-in-law Angela Reed; several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends including Jim & Darlene Morris, Bill Chandler and the Crew at Sam's Diner. Jeffery was a longtime employee of the Village of Owego. He loved to go fishing and boating and enjoyed playing golf and being around people. He was always willing to help anyone in need and was a man with integrity. He loved his family with everything he had and was the best Grampy, Beba and Papa Jeff anyone could ask for. "Big As the Sky". The family will receive friends at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 2-4pm, with a Funeral Service to follow at 4pm.
