Jeffery J. Weiland

Jeffery John Weiland, Sr., age 67, passed away on July 24, 2025, in Salem, Wisconsin, surrounded by his loving family. Born on December 15, 1957, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jeff was the cherished son of Jack and Phyllis Weiland. He grew up in Whitefish Bay and graduated from Whitefish Bay High School before continuing his education at the University of Wisconsin, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and later an MBA in Business Administration. Jeff built a successful career in business and operations management. He began his professional journey with Ford Motor Company in 1982, where he worked for eight years before joining Grainger in 1990. He later continued his career at Edward Don as Vice President of Sales and Merchandising. Throughout his professional life, Jeffery was known for his integrity, focus, and genuine care for his colleagues. He is survived by his devoted wife, Heidi Weiland (née Graber), their sons, JJ Weiland (wife Molly Marguerite), Kyle Weiland (wife Eve Kaiser) and sister Wendy Francour. Jeffery was a proud and loving grandfather to Jack Weiland and Ben Weiland, and he was joyfully anticipating the arrival of a third grandson in October. His family was the heart of his life, and his love for them was unwavering. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Phyllis Weiland, his sister Kimberly Weiland, and his beloved son Luke Weiland. Outside of work and family, Jeff found peace and happiness in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fisherman who loved spending time outdoors, and a lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers-a reflection of his enduring pride in his home state. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at Austin's Saloon, 481 Peterson Road, Libertyville, Illinois.
