Jeffrey Baron Obituary

Jeff was a lifelong resident of the Greater Cincinnati area and although he was retired, he still loved going to work everyday at Reeves' golf course. Jeff also enjoyed spending time at the dog park, indulging in anything sweet, and traveling with his beloved wife of 38 years, Rebecca (nee Placke) Baron. Jeff's sense of humor, kindness, and ability to talk to anyone regardless of whether he knew them or not will be sorely missed.
Jeff was the loving father of Scott (Katherine) Baron and Jillian (Michael) Perry, doting "Papa" to Katherine Perry, and the loyal brother of Dr. Keith (Dr. Lee Ann) Baron. Jeff is also survived by multiple brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and countless friends whom he truly loved to spend time.
In addition to his parents, Jeff was reunited with his brothers Bernard ("Bernie") and Douglas Baron and his treasured black lab Decker.
Visitation will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption on Saturday April 15, 2023, in Alexandria, Kentucky from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, with a Catholic mass to follow.

Jeff was a neighbor when we bought our first house in 1987. He and Becky became good friends, although I´m embarrassed to say we neglected to stay in touch after we left Cincinnati. Heartfelt prayers to the family.

I lived next door to the Barons in Greenhills back in the late 50´s. Spent many a day with Jeff and Doug, until we moved to Forest Park. Our paths crossed again in the 70´s at Kent State. Jeff was always quiet, but a good friend in those early years. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.

Jeff was our saving Grace. He helped with his presence after a medical problem. When we got a puppy and our life changed, Jeff was there. Irreplaceable!!!
