SHEBOYGAN FALLS - Jeffrey Scott Barthels, 64, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023 surrounded by his family at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. He fought with unwavering strength, resilience and grace throughout a challenging 3 year cancer journey.
Jeffrey was born July 14, 1959 in Sheboygan, the son of Kenneth and Shirley (Gabrielse) Barthels. He grew up in Oostburg, graduating from Oostburg High School in 1978.
