Jeffrey Michael Bolcavage, 50, of Harford, PA, died Thursday, October 23, 2025, due to complications of diabetes.
Born August 25, 1975 in Dunmore, PA, he is the son of Karen J. (Lutz) Bolcavage and the late Raymond A. Bolcavage.
Jeff was a 1994 graduate of Mountain View High School and earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA. He worked for Sandvik Steel, Sanofi Pasteur and recently was an inspector with the Department of Environmental Protection.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing, building model rockets and competing in triathlons.
Jeff loved his time spent with his son Joseph and cherished all of their hunting and fishing trips they took together.
He is survived by his son: Joseph Bolcavage; brother: Matthew Bolcavage and girlfriend, Jamie Sussman; nieces: Natalie and Madisyn; nephew: Landon; the mother of his son: Christina Bolcavage; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to the power outage in Clifford, services were moved to our Carbondale location. Thank you for understanding. A blessing service was held Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 89 Farview Street, Carbondale, PA, officiated by Rev. August A. Ricciardi, pastor of St. John Vianney Parish, Royal, PA.
A viewing was held Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations were made in Jeffrey's name to the American Diabetes Association at diabetes.org.
