Jeffrey Francis Carroll

Jeffrey Francis Carroll peacefully passed away at St. Mary Medical Center on February 28, 2026, at the age of 44.

Jeff will be deeply missed by his Aunt Kathy Netzer (William Sr.), Aunt Laurie Kerr, Uncle John Wehe, Great Aunt Donna Callahan; his cousins Jon Clark, David Clark, Shawn Wehe, Stephen Wehe, and Shane Kerr; as well as the Bayada Nursing Staff and all those nurses who took such wonderful care of him throughout his life.

He was predeceased by his mother, Jeanne Hopkins; his grandparents, Corella and John Wehe; his brother, Gary Hopkins; and his stepfather, Gary Hopkins.

Jeff loved all Philadelphia sports teams, especially the 76ers. He was passionate about everything he did and had a sense of humor that only those close to him could truly appreciate. Jeff had an associate's degree in graphic design and loved gaming. He was extremely knowledgeable about adaptive technology, research and clinical trials particularly those dedicated to the treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Family and friends are invited to Jeff's Life Celebration on March 4, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Beck-Givnish Life Celebration Home, 7400 New Falls Road, Levittown, PA 19055. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeff's memory may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association.
