Jeffrey Alan Delaney, Galesburg, MI, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the age 40.
Jeffrey was born in Corona, CA, on October 8, 1981, the son of the late Brian Keith Delaney and Diane Ceceilia Delaney. Jeff was not married but in a serious relationship with Cari Biland. Jeff had no children of his own but helped raise a stepdaughter to the age of 10, Elizabeth "Pip". Jeff is also survived by his brothers, Joseph Lee (Carolyn) Delaney and Brian Andrew (Kasey) Delaney; grandparents, Jim and Ceal Place.
Jeff has left many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jeff graduated from Hollister High School. He had also graduated from UTI Auto Tech. His true passion was in cooking. He loved to cook and has a list of restaurants on his resume. His second passion was fishing, either in summer or ice fishing.
Jeff is now in the Kingdom of God.
Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held later. Arrangements were entrusted to Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 622 S Burdick St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. I met Jeff at the credit union. He always had a smile on his face and kind words. He definitely enjoyed food and loved cooking food for a variety of parties he would host throughout the year. He will be missed.
