Jeffrey Fricks Obituary
Jeffrey Bruce Fricks, 61, was surrounded by his family when he went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 1, 2024. He was a big hearted and humor filled man. Jeff was a devoted Christian and was an amazing father and grandfather. He was a proud retired paramedic with Spartanburg County EMS and taught many his skills. He was truly one of the funniest men you’d ever have the pleasure to meet.
He leaves behind his children, Jessica Fricks Dillard and her husband, Jason Dillard, Jeffrey Cameron Fricks and his fiancé’, April Shields, Kayla Zicafoose Castaneda and husband, Oscar Castaneda, and his grandchildren, Carter Dillard, Sutton Dillard, Sawyer Dillard, and Katelyn Zicafoosa.
Jeffrey’s family will receive friends from 11:30 until 1245 pm, Friday, July 5, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. A Celebration of his life will begin at 1:00 pm, in the chapel with Chaplain Ryan Howard officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Spartanburg County Shrine Club.
