Jeffrey A. Grabowski

Jeffrey Grabowski passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 15, 2024 at St. Luke’s Medical Center at the age of 83.  

Cherished and loving husband of the late Carol (Née Piontek).  Dear dad of Paul Grabowski and Lori (Greg) Karcher.  

Proud grandpa of Paul Jr., and Samuel Grabowski, Eve, Joseph and Theodore Karcher.  

Preceded in death by parents Chester and Virginia and sister Kathleen Grabowski.  

Jeff retired after more than 35 years of service to the city of Milwaukee Water Department.  

He was married to Carol for 53 years before her passing in 2019.  He was especially close to his grandchildren, making memories and spending quality time with them and his family.  He quietly went through life providing for his family, in which he found great pleasure.  It was the simple things in life that made him happy.  Jeff was a devoted family man who will be dearly missed by those who had the privilege to know him.  

A visitation will take place at St. Adalbert's Cemetery, 3801 S. 6th St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, followed by a funeral service and entombment, Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral at 1:00 PM.
