Jeffrey Gerald Grams

Jeffrey Gerald Grams, age 53, of Stoughton, WI, passed away on December 22, 2024, due to complications from Type 1 diabetes, a condition he had managed since the age of 21. Born on February 27, 1971, Jeff was a dreamer, a hard worker, and a man of great ambition, always striving to achieve greatness in his life. The eldest of five siblings, Jeff was the son of Gerald and Joliene Grams, who provided him with constant love and support. He is survived by his wife, Tina Grams; his son, Jacob Grams; and his daughter, Katie Grams, whose love and resilience were a steady presence throughout his life. Jeff is also survived by his four younger sisters: Jodie Vosters (Jeff), Julie Ulset (Erik), Jamae Ramsden (Micky), and Jackie Craker (Ben), as well as several nieces and nephews who brought him joy. Though Jeff faced many ups and downs in life, his family remained by his side, always offering unwavering support. As the saying goes, "Family is not just about being together, it's about being there for each other, no matter the storm." Over the years, Jeff was the owner of Grams Insurance Agency, Rock River Concrete, and Concrete Service Company, with his son Jacob working by his side. He was known for his tireless work ethic, always striving to build something successful. A passionate gambler, Jeff found excitement and happiness in the "Taxi Cab" slot machine at Ho-Chunk, where he became a familiar face. Before the progression of his diabetes, Jeff was an avid hunter and fisherman, finding joy in spending time outdoors. Jeff's lifelong friendship with Scott Strouse was a testament to the loyalty and bond they shared. A celebration of Jeff's life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at The Lageret, 515 East Main Street, Stoughton, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. There will be no formal wake. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin, and donations may be mailed to 1510 Kenilworth Court Apt 6, Stoughton, WI 53589. Jeff's life was shaped by his dreams, his hard work, and his relentless ambition to build a life that reflected his vision. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him most.
