Jeffrey Paul Grof, 55, passed away from natural causes on April 8, 2023. Jeff was born on September 21, 1967, in Akron, Ohio, to the late John and Mazella Grof. He was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend.
Jeff was known for his love of riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, which he enjoyed doing every chance he got. He also had a passion for his work at Aerocare in Akron, where he worked as a medical equipment technician. Jeff was also a member of grace church and celebrated his 3rd year of sobriety on February 27, 2023.
In addition to his love for riding and his sobriety, Jeff cherished spending time with his grandkids. He was always up for playing games, reading books, or just spending time with them. He loved watching them grow and was a very proud grandpa.
Jeff is survived by his children, Neil Grof and fiance Jenna Clark, Ashley Barto and husband Andrew Barto; his grandchildren, Bailey Grof and Graham Grof; and his Grand-dogs Jocko Grof, Rusty Barto, and Stinger Barto. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Jeff's life will be held on Sunday April 30th from 12pm - 2pm at Diamond Match Party Center, 8 Fourth St NW, Barberton, OH 44203.
