Jeffrey Arlen Hall 62, of
Ashford, WV, was called home to be with the Lord at 12:14pm on January 25, 2026 after a long and courageous journey. Though his days on Earth were fewer than hoped, his faith was steadfast and his love eternal. Now healed and whole, he rests in God's presence, where there is no pain, only peace. His light remains in every heart he touched and will shine through generations.
Born on September 23, 1963 in
Charleston, WV he was preceded in death by his loving parents: James and Loretta.
Jeff served as an Air Force Security Forces Officer from April 16, 1982 through July 15, 1992. He was a natural jokester with a gift for making people laugh. He believed in enjoying life and rarely took himself too seriously, often using humor to lighten even the heaviest moments. In difficult times, his laughter became a source of comfort, reminding those around him that joy could still exist alongside pain. His smile was just as contagious as his laughter. He never met a stranger and had a way of making everyone feel like a friend. Kindness came easily to him, and he treated everyone he met with warmth and respect.
Family meant the world to him. He loved his children and grandchildren fiercely and took immense pride in each of them. He was their biggest fan and could often be found bragging about their accomplishments, big or small, to anyone who would listen. Being surrounded by his family brought him his greatest happiness and his love for them was constant, unconditional, and unmistakable.
Those who knew him will remember his kind heart, his infectious humor, his bright smile, his resilience, and the way he loved without limits. While his passing leaves an ache that words cannot fully capture, his legacy lives on in the laughter he shared and the love he gave so freely. He will be profoundly missed and forever cherished.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Ambra Hall of 32 years; his children: Brandon Hossain and wife, Betsy Hossain, Jennifer Huffman and husband Chad Huffman, Steffany Tolliver, Rachel Hossain, Colton Hall, and Jersey Hall. The loves of his life were his 9 grandchildren: Aiden Hossain, Remy Hossain, Hardy Hossain, Ian Huffman, Hunter Huffman, Jaxon Huffman, Kaeli Tolliver, Saydee Tolliver, and Camron Hossain.
He is also survived by his sister, Tammy Hastings (spouse, Michael Hastings) of Chelyan, WV and brother, Jason Hall of
Charleston, WV; and his special nieces and nephews: David Hastings, Kristen Stamper, Chase Hall, and Alexis Hall.
Memorial Service for Jeff will be 2:00pm Saturday February 7, 2026 at Bible Center Church 100 Bible Center Drive
Charleston, WV 25309.
