Jeffrey Robert Hank

Park Rapids, MN – Jeff passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on December 26, 2025, at the age of 67.
Jeff will be remembered for his kind and gentle heart and his quirky sense of humor. As a teenager, Jeff started working for Cardinal Glass in St. Louis Park and finished his 45-year career with them as a quality control manager in Fargo, North Dakota. He was a beloved and respected co-worker who approached the business with patience, calm and a keen eye on problem solving.
Jeff had a large and varying interest in so many things in life. He loved living on the lake after his retirement and enjoyed fishing, star gazing at a new telescope and creating. He collected Vaseline glass, music and cars. Most recently he was so proud of his brand-new powder blue Ford Bronco. He loved driving into town and the attention and conversations he had with people admiring the jeep.
Because Jeff was a calm presence who rarely judged anyone, he was loved by virtually everyone he knew. He was a gourmet cook, always trying new recipes and purchasing the latest kitchen gadget. In so many ways, he was a creative and artistic person with mechanical aptitude.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Bob, and his nephew, Devin. He is survived by his mother, Jeanne Wermerskirchen Hank; his brothers, Tim (Dawn) and Brad; his nephew, Will (fiancée Lauren); and his niece, Claire.
We are celebrating his life with a mass on Saturday, January 10 at Church of St. Timothy 707 89th Avenue Blaine, MN 55434. Visitation at 10:00, funeral at 11:00 and luncheon at 12:00.
