Jeffrey James Hansen

Jeffrey James Hansen, age 52, of Hubertus, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at his family home.
Jeff was born on May 9, 1973, in Milwaukee, WI to parents Nels and Susan (nee Stanley) Hansen.
Jeff lived his life with a free spirit, a strong will and a loving heart. Being around Jeff meant pulling pranks, telling jokes, lots of laughter and going on adventures. Through hard work and determination, he successfully started a business with his friend that took him all around the country. He found his dream job in Idaho working at Timbersled, where he combined his passion and talent building snow bikes. He loved the outdoors, found joy in riding motorcycles, fishing, downhill skiing, RC airplanes, fast cars, video games, his dogs, friends and family. Those who knew Jeff will remember that there was never a dull moment when he was nearby.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Susan Hansen; brothers, Nicholas Hansen and Shawn (Shelly) Hansen; niece, Oliva Hansen; aunts, Christine Troesch, Pamela (John) Goss, Lore Stanley, Mary (Richard) Harnack; uncle, Joe (Kathy) Hansen. He is further survived by many first cousins, and other cherished relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Nels Hansen; grandparents, James and Patricia Stanley, John and Evelyn Hansen, and five aunts and uncles.
Memorial Service for Jeffrey will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St., Hartford, WI 53027). Family will greet relatives and friends from 1:00 p.m. until the start of a remembrance service at 3:00 p.m.
