Jeffrey Bryan Hyle, age 45, of Belle Plaine, Kansas, entered his eternal home on September 25, 2025, at his residence. He was born on July 7, 1980, in Wichita, Kansas, the beloved son of Stephen and Debra Hyle.

On August 7, 2024, Jeff was united in marriage to Erin Carpenter in South Haven, Kansas.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Erin; his step-daughter Emma; his parents, Stephen and Debra Hyle; brother, Jeremy (Lindsay) Hyle; sisters, Joni Hyle and Jamie (Michael) Bustos; nieces, Kayla Hyle, Kansas Hyle, Karsyn Hyle, and Landree Bustos; nephew, Dallas Bustos; and parents-in-law, Joanna Carpenter and Kevin Pruitt. He is also lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, including David and Barbara Hyle, Shari Hyle, Pamula Hyle, Derek Sinnes, Donald Sinnes, Doug and Chris Sinnes, Tony and Diane Malcom.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Phillip and Opal Sinnes and Donald and Margaret Hyle; and his aunts, Shannon Hyle, Del Sinnes, and Deborah Sinnes.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Smith Family Mortuaries, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, Kansas. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Sam McKinney officiating. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery.

Jeff will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and friends, and the joy he brought to every life he touched.
