Jeffrey Andrew Judd, 66, of Connersville, passed away on February 18, 2026.
Jeff was born in Rushville, to Robert and Sadie Judd. He spent his life doing what he loved most - working with his hands, caring for his family, and bringing joy to those around him.
Jeff was a loving and devoted father to his two daughters, Rhonda (Juan) Ramirez-Mendez and Krista (Christian) Ramirez-Reyes, and a caring stepfather to Cody Delph and Michael Givens. He was a proud grandfather to Trey Judd, Trevor Judd, Tristiannah Ramirez-Reyes, and Juan Reyes, and a cherished great-grandfather to Liam, Treyven, and Jordan. His family was his greatest accomplishment and his deepest source of pride.
Jeff worked many years as a skilled stone mason and mechanic. He took great pride in building, fixing, and creating, and was known for his strong work ethic and talent. He truly enjoyed working with his hands and found satisfaction in every project he completed.
Jeff loved the outdoors and had a special love for animals. He cared deeply for them and found joy in their companionship. He especially loved the mountains, where he found peace and happiness in their beauty. Jeff also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, telling stories, and making people laugh. He had a special gift for bringing smiles to others and will be remembered for his humor, kindness, and the love he shared so freely.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his siblings Rick Judd, Helen Ryckman, Butch Judd, Sara Walls, and Jan Baker.
He is survived by his siblings Roxanne Keener, Henry Judd, and Lisa Steele; his brother-in-law Russ Keener; his children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory.
Jeff will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The immediate family will be holding a small private service at a later date.
Forever loved, forever remembered.

When me and my brother Walt were little he would walk with us up the hill to our water well and make us kool aid with the cold water and tell us some kinda crazy story that we always believed. Let me tell you know that I am an adult I know they were definitely tall tales. Will miss his jokes and laugh.
