With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Clayton Knapp, born on January 31, 1948, in Philadelphia, PA. A true Philadelphian at heart, Jeffrey's love for his city was reflected in the manner he lived his life, full of vigor and passion. Known fondly as Jeffrey by his family and friends, he departed from this life on December 31, 2025.

As a highly respected Auto Body Repair professional in the automotive industry, Jeffrey was known for his meticulous attention to detail, his ability to transform any vehicle into a masterpiece, and his undeniable commitment to his craft. His work was his art, and each car he touched carried a piece of his soul. As Henry Ford once said, "When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it." Jeffrey embodied this spirit throughout his career, facing challenges head-on and always coming out on top. His dedication to his craft was an inspiration to all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Davis Knapp and Gladys Knapp. His life was a testament to the strength of human spirit and the power of determination. His memory will be cherished, his legacy will continue, and his life will be celebrated on Monday, January 12, 2026. The funeral service will be held at 9:00 am at the Delaware Valley Veteran's Home Chapel, 2701 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19154. Interment and military honors will follow at 11:00 am at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania, 18940. Please arrive no later than 10:45 am for the graveside service.
