Jeffrey M. Leseberg, 48, died March 22, 2010 at Martin Memorial Hospital South in Stuart. Born in Salt Lake City, UT, he moved to Stuart in 2005, coming from Staten Island, NY. He was an administrative officer for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach. He was of the Roman Catholic faith. He received two Honorable Discharges for his military service. He served in the U. S. Navy aboard the U. S. S. Enterprise from 1979-85 and served in the U. S. Army during 1991-1998. He was a member of V. F. W. Post 10132, Hobe Sound; and was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge Stuart 1282. Survivors include his wife, Kim Bevilacqua-Leseberg of Stuart; daughter, Christina Leseberg of Wilkes –Barre, PA; son, Kyle Leseberg of Jacksonville, FL; step-sons, Andrew Bevilacqua and Alexander Bevilacqua of Stuart; step-daughter, Adriana Bevilacqua of Stuart; father and step-mother, Raymond and Carol Leseberg of Sunset, UT; brothers, Michael Leseberg of Washington and Guy Leseberg of Salt Lake City, UT; and sister, Carolyn Leseberg Murray, Clinton, UT; Lisa Paige of Kaysville, UT; Sandy Barff of Helper, UT; and Kimberly Campagne of Colorado. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maralyn. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Welcome Back Veterans online at www.welcomebackveterans.org. or Veterans Program, Robert R. McCormick Foundation, 205 N. Michigan Ave., Ste. 4300, Chicago, IL 60601-5927. SERVICES: Calling Hours will be 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm, Sunday and Monday, March 28 and 29, 2010 at Forest Hills Young and Prill Chapel in Stuart. A prayer service will be held at 6 PM, Monday, March 29, 2010 at the Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am, Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Committal Services and Interment will be at 2 PM, Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at South Florida VA National Cemetery in Lake Worth with military honors provided by U. S. Navy. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Young & Prill Chapel in Stuart. A guest registry may be signed at www.youngandprill.com.
