Jeffrey Leon Lessley of Bellview, Missouri passed away April 13, 2024 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 60 years. He was born January 14, 1964 in Fort Smith, Arkansas the son of the late Dave and Melba (Farmer) Bailey and Jimmy and Erma Lessley.
On August 18, 1990 he was united in marriage to Jennifer Arlene Green who survives. To this union two sons were born: Zachary Lessley (Katherine) and Dakota Lessey (Alyssa Smith) all of Belleview. Seven grandchildren are left to mourn the passing of their Poppy: Eva, Piper, Emmalyn, Nova, Easton, Dixie, and Cedar. Jeff is also survived by two sisters: Melissa Wilkins (Bob Warden) of Belleview, and Elizabeth Cooper (Paul) of Belgrade, a brother: Jimmy Don Harrison (Linda) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and his in-laws: Lester and Cathy Price of Middlebrook, Missouri as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather: Melba and Davie Bailey and his father and stepmother: Jimmy and Erma Lessley, a brother: Tony Lessley, his mother-in-law: Valerie Price, and two nephews: Caleb Cooper and Jairus Lunsford.
Jeff loved anything to do with cars. He was an auto mechanic and loved to work on cars and drink Pepsi. He also enjoyed watching videos about car repair and overhauling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bryson Funeral Home Chapel. Services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be made at the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
