Jeffrey A. Loring

Jeffrey A. Loring, of Taunton, affectionately known as Jeff, passed away suddenly at his home on June 9, 2024, at the age of 52. 

Born on October 13, 1971, in Brockton, MA, he was the son of Donna (Robinson) St. Aubin of Taunton and the late Harold E. Loring, Jr.

Throughout his life, he worked for various companies such as Star Market Distribution Center, Kam Appliance, Atlantic Home Medical, Ryder, and most recently as an employee at Redline Freight Systems in Taunton, MA.

Outside of work, Jeff found joy in pursuing his hobbies and interests. He was a longstanding member of the Minuteman Dart League where he showcased his exceptional skills as a super A level player and was unstoppable. An avid lover of the outdoors, Jeff was a huge fan of music, especially rock and metal. He also enjoyed both fresh and saltwater fishing, boating, skiing, and had a passion for muscle cars. His prized possession, a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack, stood as a testament to his love for muscle cars.

Jeff's life was enriched by the love of his family and friends. He is survived by his daughter Melissa Loring of Taunton; his brothers Edward R. Loring and his wife Patricia A. Loring of Onset, Ryan St. Aubin and his wife Lindsay St. Aubin of Holliston, and Jonathan St. Aubin of Wrentham; nieces Madison Loring, Julie St. Aubin, and Averly St. Aubin; nephews Colin Loring, Harrison St. Aubin and Theodore St. Aubin; an uncle Alan Robinson of Indiana; great-nephews Shane Loring and Dylan Loring; and his stepmother Joanne Flynn Menice of Florida. He was the grandson of the late Thelma I Russell and Harold E. Loring, Sr; and nephew of the late Kenneth Russell Loring.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Jeff's family on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, at Sowiecki-Snyder Home for Funerals & Cremation Services, 69 West Britannia Street, Taunton. Interment will be privately held in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton where his beautiful soul will be laid to rest alongside his grandparents, father, and uncle.

The family kindly requests that any floral arrangements in Jeff's memory be made into a plant type of arrangement so that they can be watered in order for them to last until his interment takes place.
