Jeffrey Scott Phillips, age 55, of Rome, PA passed away on August 5, 2025 at Robert Packer Hospital Sayre, PA.
Jeffrey Phillips was born in Patchogue, Long Island, New York to Roger and Lynn Phillips on July 27, 1970. He went to Southampton High School and graduated from Ross Corners Christian Academy June 1989. He went on to earn a master electrical license. He started his own business of Phillips Electric, Inc which he ran for 26 years. He was talented in his career and very artistic. He enjoyed boating, fishing, cooking and grilling earning him the name "Chef Jeff", and he made the best buffalo hot wings. He enjoyed tailgating for all home Giants football games, heating his home with wood, riding motorcycles, listening to music, his red truck, and swimming in his pool. He had a beautiful voice and would love to sing hymns. He proclaimed to know Jesus as Lord and Saviour and with that we are comforted to know he is in God's loving arms healed and no longer suffering.
