He is survived by his partner, Jacob Karaca (father of Bessie and Freda); parents, Ferman and Cynthia Raleigh, and Donna Franco; sisters, Amber (Thomas) Cosentino and Jessica (Carlos) Javalera; nephews, Nicholas Cosentino, Matthew Cosentino, Austin Javalera, and Ethan Javalera ; nieces, Allyson (Bradley) Baysore, Caroline Cosentino, and Vanessa Javalera; great-nephew, Wesley Baysore; and special friend, George Demas.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents: Ferman and Thelma Raleigh, Bentee and Leona Dillon.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at All Saints Episcopal Church, 4550 N. Hermitage Avenue, Chicago, IL 60640. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM, with a service to follow at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Chicago Episcopal Church or New Town Alano Club, 3326 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL 60657.
