Jeffrey Roy, 55 of Baytown, passed away on November 27, 2010. He was born in Orange, TX to the late Louis and Mary Roy on July 29, 1955. Jeffrey loved to fish and hunt. He is survived by his son, Joshua Roy; daughters, Amber Roy and Cheri Roy; step-daughters, Missy Burns and Dawn Carlisle; brother, Keith Roy; sister, Deborah Tiller and 10 grandchildren. Catholic Funeral Rites will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Canizares officiating. There will be a visitation from 11:00am-1:00 pm prior to the service. Burial to follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, Texas 77521, (281) 422-8111.
