I am so sorry to hear of Jeffrey's passing. I first met Jeff in Seoul around 2004 and he was a member of our LP Meetup Group there until 2011. I attended his wedding and met Julianne. Jeff gave my little daughter a motorized toy and I was impressed by his thoughtfulness. I had a brief Facebook communication with Jeff last year and congratulated him on his new job. He asked about how we were doing in Korea and I updated him on our daughter's graduation and starting her first job. I will keep you and Blake in my prayers.

I first met Jeff in Stuttgart, Germany. I was new and finding my way, and he reached out with kindness to help me get settled. That simple gesture meant a lot. We´d spend hours talking about family, life, crypto, and everything in between.
You will be deeply missed, my friend. My prayers are with your family.
Rest easy now.

I´ve known Jeff for a long time, we worked together in Korea, and he was one of the kindest, most helpful people I have known in my long life. I was heartbroken when I found out that his family and the world lost such a wonderful person. My sincere condolences to his family.

Jeff was a loved and respected colleague and friend. I have never met anyone quite like him, and even though we hadn´t seen each other in a few years, I will miss him deeply. Rest in peace brother.

Please accept my deepest condolences to Jeffrey´s family and loved ones.
I was truly blessed to call you my friend. You were my first friend in Germany, and together we created memories that I will cherish forever. I will never forget your encouragement and support-your belief in me gave me confidence. Your intelligence and inspiration were a guiding light. You exemplified what it means to be a devoted husband and father. And your laugh-ohhh man, I will miss that loud laugh. The world is a lesser place without you. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

My deepest condolences to Jeff´s family. I was stationed with Jeff in South Korea and highly enjoyed serving with him. He was not the prototypical Marine. As a very young enlisted Marine, his intellect was far superior than nearly all of the officers and senior enlisted in our command. He never accepted an order without understanding why he was being directed to do something. While this irked several members of the staff and landed him in a little bit of hot water on occasion, it always impressed me. I always thought Jeff would go far with wisdom gained through a little more experience. And I was right. I would reunite with him briefly at Penn State while I was on Active Duty undergoing the Marine Corps´ Logistics Fellowship there. He had accepted a job at the PSU Applied Research Lab and we overlapped for just a coupe of weeks. We had a brief, but wonderful visit together and I had the honor of meeting his wife and son. As he was no longer in the active duty ranks, it was nice to remove the officer-enlisted formalities and laugh about old times and reminisce about the characters in our command. He had indeed gone far and obtained the wisdom necessary to endear himself to the technological community at Penn State and raise a family with wis wife. He will undoubtedly be missed.
