Passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025 after a long battle with lung cancer. Born in Lockport on August 8, 1972, he was the son of the late Carlton and Laura (Tall) Stover. He was employed as a Utility Construction Foreman for Custom Crews Inc. in Lockport for over 25 years. Jeff was a graduate of Lockport High School (class of 1990) and of Canisius College (class of 1994) with a bachelor's degree in Physical Education. He was an accomplished athlete having participated in Lockport AnJo Baseball, Lions Baseball & Football, Canisius Golden Griffins Football, and Lockport Invaders Football. In addition, Jeff was a talented artist and drummer, even competing with the Niagara Royalettes Drum & Twirling Corps for a few years in his youth. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, landscaping, going to UB Bulls football games with his brother, Jon, walking his dogs, hiking, skiing, and being outdoors. Jeff is survived by his wife of 30 years, Dianna (Wilson) Stover and his daughter, Jordan Stover. He was the brother of Robert (Catherine) Stover, James (Melodee) Stover, Jonathan Stover, Angela (Jason) Depp, Christopher (Tammy) Stover, and the late Dawn Pillot and Carl Stover, Jr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Saturday, November 15th from 1-4 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. In lieu of flowers, donations to Roswell Park Cancer Institute would be appreciated. Online condolences are available at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
