Jeffrey A. Swecker

Jeffrey A. Swecker, 41, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025.

Allen was born on January 28, 1984, in Kingsport, TN, and he was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County. He worked for W-L Construction and really enjoyed working out there with all the guys. Allen was a loving father and son.

He was preceded in death by his father, Odell Swecker; his brother, Phillip Johnson; and his stepson, Dominick .

Allen is survived by his daughter, Abigail Swecker; mother, Barbara Swecker; stepdaughters, Kayla, Victorya, and Krysten; stepson, Duane and Christopher; aunts, Kathy Lucas; uncles, Danny Dykes and his wife, Kim, and Michael Dykes and his wife, Darlene; special nieces, Lindsey Lucas, Ashley Taylor, and Jessica Bernal; as well as lots of family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 Pm on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home in Church Hill or anytime at Barbara's home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Mount Carmel Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Jarrett, and Pastor Kermit Calhoun officiating. The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Landon, Lance, Bryson, Josh, Steve Allen, Duane, Ryan, and Xavier.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Haskel Rines, David Lucas and Walter Little.
