South Jordan, UT-Jeffrey J. Tenney, 73, passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2025. Born Sept. 8, 1951, in Salt Lake City, UT. Preceded in death by daughter Tiffany, siblings Steve, Thayne, and Diane.
He had 8 children, 26 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Married to Tammy Foy Tenney since 2001. Jeff was a hardworking, playful cowboy who loved family, faith, jokes, and sunsets.
Funeral service for Jeff will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the River 8th Ward, 1239 W. Country Creek Drive, South Jordan, UT 84095. A viewing will be held prior to the service at the church from 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM. Interment at South Jordan City Cemetery.
The family would appreciate donations to assist with final expenses and your consideration of sending flowers to the service in honor of Jeff.
