Jeffrey Nicholas Vigna, 64 of Adams, MA died on Thursday July 4, 2024, at Berkshire Medical Center.
Jeffrey was born in Springfield, MA on March 7, 1960, the son of the late Joseph Nicholas Vigna and Elaine (Bouchard) Vigna. He attended Adams schools and graduated from Hoosac Valley Regional High School the class of 1978. He went on to obtain his commercial aviation mechanic's license at East Coast Aero Tech. After which Jeff pursued his passion as a self-employed business owner where he owned and operated Pro-Sand floor sanding for many years. He also had a passion for all types of carpentry and recently took up the hobby of target shooting, becoming a member of the NRA and the Cheshire Rod & Gun Club. Jeff enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, "Chaboo", which he took for long rides both solo and at times with friends seeing many beautiful parts of this country to include the Harley Davidson factory in Milwaukee. He loved his music both Reggae and Grateful Dead, attending many concerts of both genre's. Jeff had a huge heart and was always willing to help a friend in need. He will be missed by all that knew him. He was a communicant of the former St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
Survivors include his son, Matthew (Crystal Bleau) Roberts of North Adams, his good friend Ann Atwell of Adams, along with two brothers, Stephen J. (Teresa) Vigna of Adams and David A. (Sara Fox) Vigna of Tampa, FL. He also leaves a niece, Madison Vigna Eross and husband Zoli and their newly born daughter, Skylin of Plymouth MA. along with two nephews and a niece, Max and Logan Vigna, and Tristiney Curry also of Tampa FL. and special ties to Vivianna Belanger of North Adams, MA.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Graveside Service for Jeffrey Vigna will be held on Friday July 12, 2024, and at 10:00 AM in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams, MA. All are welcome. The family invites you to leave any stories or special memories on Jeff's personal Facebook page as a form of a digital memorial.
