A celebration of life gathering will be held at 3pm on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Riverfront Park Niles, MI. Memorial contributions in Jeff's name may be made to the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Swem Chapel, Buchanan, 269-695-6881. Those wishing to send a condolence online may do so at www.swemchapel.com.
Jeff was born on August 23, 1982, in Niles, MI. Jeff persevered through many adversities and always did so with a positive attitude. Known for his occasional stubbornness, Jeff had a great sense of humor and was often laughing. He had a servant's heart and was very generous to people, always helping those around him.
Jeff is survived by his sister, Lisa Wetzel (Donnie Hibbard); brother, Jason Wetzel; nieces & nephews, Kayla (Aaron) Polly, Dyllon (Haylee) Baker, Sierra (DJ Pegan) Hosmer, Miranda (Austin Peña) Parker, Arianna Wetzel, Austin Wetzel, Aiden Wetzel and 22 great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia (Robert) Lintz (Rockwell); father, Joseph Bixby and brother, Brian Wetzel.
