Jeniffer Alexandra Lara Silva passed away on June 8, 2023 in Gillette, Wyoming. She was born on February 20, 1986 in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Jeniffer was known for her kind and loving heart, her easy-going personality, and her calm energy. She had an exceptional mind and was always a good student. Her drive led her to achieve her dream job as a warehouse manager for Amazon, but it was her job as a transportation driver for the mines that we know her for in Wyoming. Jeniffer enjoyed many hobbies and interests that kept her busy throughout life. She loved hiking in the mountains, working out to stay healthy and fit, playing softball with friends and coworkers, and she was always seen sporting a pair of Converse Chucks on her feet! Jeniffer also loved animals and spent a lot of time camping outdoors with family and friends. In addition to all of these activities, she also enjoyed playing video games while listening to music. Jeniffer's passing was unexpected, leaving family and friends mourning the loss of a beloved daughter and sister. Her beautiful soul will be missed by all those who knew her. Her proudest accomplishments include receiving an award in school for her kindness, which came as no surprise to anyone who knew her. Additionally, she lost 100 pounds through determination and commitment. Jeniffer is survived by her loving mother, Guadalupe Silva; stepfather, Aaron Farris; dedicated sister, Claudia Lara; brother-in-law, Justin and nephew, Justin Jr.; and Grandma Amparo. Services will be held at the Walker Funeral Home in Gillette on June 17, 2023 starting with a visitation from 11:00AM-12:00PM followed by a touching funeral service at 12:00 PM-1:00 PM. In honor of Jeniffer's life, we encourage all those who knew her to continue living their lives with love and compassion towards others as she had done so beautifully during hers. Rest in peace Jeniffer Alexandra Lara Silva. Condolences may be sent in care of Walker Funeral Home 410 Medical Arts Court, Gillette, WY 82716.
