Obituary of Jennifer Lynn Brentley
Jennifer Brentley, 43, of Jamestown, NY passed away on April 8th, 2024, at home, surrounded by her loved ones after a hard-fought battle with a lengthy illness. Jennifer was born on July 13th, 1980, to Brad Brentley and Sheryl Triglia. She graduated from Frewsburg High School in 1998 and attended Jamestown Community College.
Throughout her 23-year career at The Resource Center, Jennifer was involved in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of millions of lifesaving soft good items for entities such as USMC, USAF, USCG, and local law enforcement. Jennifer traveled to places such as Quantico West Virgina, to meet with government officials to develop new lifesaving products. Countless lives in the field have been saved due to Jennifer's contributions. Jennifer also was involved in many design and engineering projects that accommodated a vast assortment of physical and developmental disabilities. She was passionate about giving people with challenges in life the opportunity to end each day with the same sense of self accomplishment as everyone else.
Jennifer was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and aunt that anyone would be truly blessed to have. Her family and friends take comfort in knowing that her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched. She will be remembered for her immense love and pride of her family. She loved all animals and gardening with her husband. She cherished holidays, especially Halloween and her passion for horror movies. She was a gifted artist that was always painting, drawing, or creating something magical and beautiful. She was known for her sense of humor, sarcasm, and wittiness. Her home always had an open door for anyone who needed it.
Jennifer is survived by her husband Jeremy Weilacher and three children Evan Hanna, Alex Wright, and Haylee Weilacher; parents Brad (Jenny) Brentley and Sheryl (Jim) Triglia; siblings Mike Brentley, Tim (Whitney) Brentley, Sarah (Mike) Yockey, and Brian Triglia; several nieces and nephews- Kaitlin Brentley, Felicia Brentley, Braxton Royer, Sawyer Yockey, Garrett Triglia, Raelynn Royer, Draven Brentley, Silas Triglia, River Yockey, Elaina Triglia, and Oliver Brentley; along with several Aunts and Uncles.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi's Hubert Funeral Home.
At Jennifer's request, no funeral will be held. Celebration of life to come at a later date. In remembrance of Jennifer's life and love, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
