Jennifer L. Callaghan

Jennifer L. Sheehan Callaghan died Dec. 9 2025 at the young age of 45. "To the world you may be one person, but to one person you are the world." - Dr. Seuss (and Kevins grandma). Jen was the world to so many people.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Kevin, and their adored children, Kylie (14), Ryan (12), and Finn (10); her parents, Suzanne and Jim Sheehan; her brothers and their families - Jim and Priscilla (Alannah and James); and Jeff and Colleen (Sloane and Landon). Also survived by her grandmother Jane Sheehan. She grew up in Haddon Township surrounded by a big loving family.
Jen graduated from Paul VI High School in 1998. In 2002, she earned a bachelor's degree and later went on to earn her MBA in marketing from St. Joseph's University. Jen built a successful career as a marketing executive, product director and digital strategist at Rubbermaid, Graco, and Johnson and Johnson. She was a loyal employee and successful at whatever role she held.
But more than her career, Jen's highest achievement in life was being a wife and mother. She met her husband, Kevin, freshman year at St. Joe's, the two had a loving marriage of 18 years. Jen and Kevin's kids, Kylie, Ryan and Finn, were her world. Being their mom was her favorite, hands down.
Jen was everyone's favorite, a best friend to so many because she made people feel seen for exactly who they were. She was a connector, an optimist, and was for sure going to include you in whatever joy she was apart of.
She genuinely loved attending her kids' games. Cheering on the sidelines, somehow making it to all the activities while being the number one recruit for carpooling due to all the snacks and treats she always offered. Jen's favorite spot was sitting by the ocean, with her huge family, buying everyone in the group a Fudgy Wudgy - she was the favorite aunt.
Jen faced her illness the way she faced everything, with courage and grace. She put up the fiercest fight, and never let on that a fight was even happening. Even near the end, when she was very ill, she would try to be the host in her hospital room, trying to rally her strength to make them feel welcome and loved, even as she endured the worst kind of trial herself. She told people, "it's going to be OK."
Jen packed more life into 45 years than some people manage to squeeze into 90 years. She traveled. She took the kids on adventures - concerts and games and trips. She showed up - for everyone.
Visitation Monday evening 5 to 8pm and Tuesday morning 10 to 10:45am in Christ Our Light Church, 402 N. Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 11am. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
