Jennifer Leigh Carter, age 53, of Altamonte Springs Florida, passed away peacefully on May 8th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on July 8th, 1971, at Eglin Air Force Base in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida to Thomas and Ramona Harris. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend.
Jennifer was known for her caring and giving nature, volunteering, sense of humor, artistic creativity, and making the most out of any moment.
Jennifer is survived and missed by Bernard, her husband of nearly 28 years; their 3 children Logan, Bryce, and Hensley; Mother, Ramona of Florida; Father, Thomas of North Carolina; Sister and brother-in-law Christine and Brian Kelly and their children, Thomas, Jacob, Elizabeth, and Lauren of Ohio; Sister, Emily Harris and niece Eden of North Carolina; Father-in-law, Louis Carter and his wife Evangeline of Florida; Brother and sister-in-law Kevin and Shima Carter and nephew, Zion of Florida. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
A celebration of Jennifer’s time with us will be held at the Venue at Lake Lily located at 641 Maitland Ave S, Maitland, Florida on June 7th from 3:00 pm to 5 pm.
