Jennifer L. Eaker

Jennifer Lynn Gibson Eaker of Gerry, NY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 18, 2025 at the age of 40. She passed away unexpectedly at UPMC Chautauqua with her beloved husband Casey of eight years at her side. Jennifer was born September 26, 1984 at WCA Hospital to parents Gail L. Gibson and the late Randall E. Gibson. Jennifer graduated from Cassadaga Valley High School in 2003. Starting with her college courses while still in high school. She went on to SUNY Fredonia and studied Elementary Education earning her Master's degree in Library Science & Info from the University of Buffalo. She was strong in her faith and attended the Ross Mills Church of God. Jennifer was very active in our community starting at a young age of doing volunteer work for the Gerry Rodeo for many years. She was foster mother to children in need for many years. Eventually adopting children of her own. Jennifer worked many jobs over the years. Working at present for the Village of Sinclairville as Deputy Clerk. Also, she was the Town of Ellington Dog Control Officer. Jennifer had many interests and hobbies that she enjoyed such as canning, gardening, crafting, and working on the Family Gibson Farm. Along with raising her own Nigerian goats and various other small animals. Any animal in need she took care of. She also loved to travel and visit interesting places with her husband and children. Jennifer was a dedicated Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and Aunt. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Mother most of all. She showed love to everyone around her. Jennifer is survived by her husband Casey M. Eaker whom she married October 9, 2016. Her children: Faith age 12, Brandon age 11, Love age 10, Alex age 8 and Hope age 5. Her mother Gail G. Gibson, brother Jonathon A. Gibson (Autumn) and their children: Landon, Aiden, Cameron, Colton. Her In-Laws Michael and Nancy Eaker and sister-in-law Kori Eaker and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Randall E. Gibson, Grandparents Cecil and Marilyn Graham and Theodore and Wilberta Gibson Friends will be received by the family from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday in the Falconer Funeral Home. Jennifers funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Pastor Mark Lata of Ross Mills Church will be officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Casey Eaker to help establish a fund for the children's education and wellbeing.
