Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the age of 45. Born May 26, 1978 to Rickie and Sandra (Tolliver) Flotka in Lansing, Michigan. Jennifer was a graduate of Lansing Everett High School class of '96. Jennfer worked on the board of the Cherry Health Organization but her greatest passion in life was helping others with addiction. Jennifer battled the illness and was eight years sober and very proud of that accomplishment. She would go above and beyond to help those with addiction issues. She was loved by all who knew her and will forever be remembered as a best friend, daughter, sister, mother, granddaughter and advocate for sobriety.
Preceding her in death were her fathers, Rickie Flotka, and Thomas Chavez; grandfathers, Delbert Tolliver, Carl Flotka; and grandmother, Ann Flotka.
Surviving is her son, Sabastian Masalkoski; grandmother, Janet Tolliver; mother, Sandy Flotka; sisters, Heather Magnum, Alisha Chavez; nephews, Marcello and Beasley; nieces, Hazel and Leyla as well as many extended family and friends.
