Jennifer Lynn Frolick Herald was born on July 15, 1973, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, to her loving parents, Nicholas and Kathleen. She passed away on November 22, 2025 surrounded by her family. From the beginning, Jenn faced health challenges with remarkable strength and determination.

She graduated from Ann Arbor Huron High School in 1992 and continued her education at the Michigan Career and Technical Institute in Plainwell, as well as Washtenaw Community College. Jenn was a proud AutoCAD operator for a civil engineering firm in Ypsilanti for many years.

Family always came first for Jenn. As the older, but smaller sister, she did everything she could to protect her siblings growing up. She had a tender heart for animals, especially her cats, and seemed to understand them in a way few people could. Jenn also enjoyed crafting, including cross-stitch, knitting, scrapbooking, creating handmade treasures for those she loved, while also attending craft shows to support other local crafters.

Jenn was a woman of strong faith who said prayers often with family and had a gift for choosing just the right words. She was strong-willed and a little rebellious, always able to keep things light hearted even in difficult moments.

She was preceded in death by her father, Nicholas, and her grandparents.

Jenn is survived by her mother, Kathleen Stevenson; her brother, Stephan (Stacie) Frolick and his children, Samantha, Nicholas, and Sabrina; sister, Lori Frolick; her spouse, Leslie; her beloved cats, Van and Cheyenne; and her loyal dog, Radar.

A special thank you to the staff throughout the years at University of Michigan Hospital of Ann Arbor, who treated Jenn with the utmost respect, professionalism, and tender care; as well as Hospice of Michigan and Ohioans Home health for the comfort given during this time.
