Jennifer Lind Palmer, age 44, passed away on July 10, 2025. Jennifer was born on October 7, 1980 in Salinas, CA to Kenneth Palmer and Patricia Palmer.
Consequences - from the time we learn to walk and talk, we are taught our actions come with consequences. Unfortunately, Jennifer faced a tragic consequence.
In the year 2006, Jennifer Palmer brought a fragile baby girl into this world. Jennifer now had a responsibility to protect this baby at all costs, love this baby unconditionally, and nurture her. Unfortunately, over the next several years, Jennifer continued to make the wrong decisions, and it ended her life, leaving the baby girl she brought into this world behind.
Before you read any further, let me introduce myself - hi, I'm the baby girl. If there is any advice I can give you, please think before you ruin your life plus your loved ones'. Life can get hard, trust me - I've been through it firsthand. As I sit here at 18 and write my own mother's obituary, I cannot express how this is the hardest thing I've been through. Drugs take lives, alcohol takes lives, and getting involved with the wrong people because it's "cool" or "fun" is not the life anyone wants.
Jennifer has left a daughter behind, a daughter who needed her mother, a daughter who loved her, and now a daughter who has to mourn the loss of her mother. Stop for a moment and think to yourself: is this what I want for my loved ones? If you are battling the same demons my mother was, please seek help. If my mother had gotten the help she desperately needed, I wouldn't be here writing this obituary or mourning her loss.
Your family and loved ones need you more than that drug, alcohol, or "cool" people who ruin lives do. To anyone struggling, please know you deserve to get help. You deserve to be here. I cannot express enough how much these things affect your loved ones' lives.
