Toni Rae Sherman

Toni Rae Sherman, age 60, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Toni was born on December 24, 1964, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, From the very beginning, her life was a gift to those around her-her smile, her laughter, and her kind heart touched countless lives.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Harper; her grandparents, Earl and Maxine Pingleton and Pete and Laura Harper; her sister-in-law, Billie Harper; and her dear friend, Dennis Sherman.

Toni's memory will forever be cherished by her children, Steven Goodwin, Scott Goodwin and wife Lori, and Spencer Sherman; and her beloved grandchildren, Kyliegh, Kenzye, and Kason Goodwin. Her loving mother, Earline Harper; her siblings, Tana McElmurry and husband John, Jason Harper and wife Brandy, and Jared Harper. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, including a special bond with Morgan Spears and Lucas Spears, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and countless friends who loved her deeply.

Toni found her greatest joy in being with her grandchildren, who lovingly knew her as "Mimi." Whether crafting with her mom, cheering for the Oklahoma City Thunder, or always having a willing heart to care for those she loved, Toni lived her life with laughter, warmth, and generosity. She will be remembered as a devoted daughter, a precious sister, a proud mother, a loving Mimi, a devoted aunt and a loyal friend. Her humor, kindness, and unwavering love made the world brighter, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were blessed to know her. Toni was clothed with strength and dignity, and her beauty was not only shone on her face, but in the kindness of her heart and the love she gave so freely. Truly, she was a precious gift to all her knew her.
