Jennifer Lynn Trusty, 37 of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at UK-St. Claire HealthCare after an extended illness. She was born October 21, 1987, in Middletown, Ohio a daughter of the late Edward and Melissa Schooley Mannon.
Jennifer was a former cook in area restaurants and enjoyed cooking, baking, crafts and photography. She especially loved children and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Elliottville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Christopher Trusty, four sons, Christopher Lee Trusty, Jr. of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Joshua Allen Trusty of Frenchburg, Kentucky, Mark Edward Trusty and Michael Roger Trusty both of Morehead. Two daughters, Jamie Jo (David) Brown of Frenchburg, Kentucky and Gracie Lynn Trusty of Morehead. Four brothers, Christopher Lee Mannon of Salt Lick, Kentucky, Josh Mannon of Olive Hill, David Mannon of Middletown, Ohio and Doug Mannon of South Carolina. One sister, Tabitha Shipp of Middletown, Ohio. One granddaughter, Averyl Jolynn Brown. Her mother-in-law, Dianna Trusty and Grandmother-in-law, Thelma Johnson. Also, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 7, 2025, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Pastor Willie Sturgill officiating.
Burial will follow in the Trusty Family Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 11:00 A.M. Friday until the hour of the service.
Family and friends will serve as pall bearers.
