Cherishing their memories of Jereme are his parents, Wayne and Pat, daughter, Jayden Woodson of Buckhannon, brother, Wayne Woodson, Jr. and wife, Amber of Weston and their children, Zach, Greggory, Georgia, and Tiara Woodson, and Austin Fraley, sister, Michelle McHenry and husband, Basil, and their children, Taylor and Bradley McHenry, and sister, Olivia Woodson.
Jereme was a graduate of Gilmer County High School. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Jereme was known for always lending a helping hand. He had a passion for always working on and cleaning his car. He enjoyed watching television and spending time with his daughter, Jayden and his dog, Rowdy.
Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home, 730 N. Main Avenue of Weston, on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held following the viewing at 1:00 p.m. from the WV National Cemetery in Grafton, WV with full military honors conducted by the United States Navy and the Taylor County Honor Guard. Online condolences and life stories in memory of Jereme may be expressed at hardmanfamilyfuneralhome.com.
