Jeremiah Bresnahan Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
of the late Jeremiah and Mary (Carey) Bresnahan. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a NYC Fireman until 1976. He became licensed as a clinical social worker, Gestalt therapist and New Jersey Certified Drug/Alcohol Counselor and worked as an Employee Assistance Manager for Johnson & Johnson and later had a private practice in his home until 2002.
Survivors: In addition to his wife, Maureen, Jeremiah is survived by his children, Thomas Bresnahan, Laura Ziminski (Mark), Kevin Bresnahan (Mari), Courtney Leonardo (Paul), Maureen Stapleton (Sean), and 10 grandchildren, Matthew, Devon, Daniel, Graham, Shane, Scarlett, Frances, Pierce, Maeve and Finn. He is also
preceded in death by his brother, John Bresnahan.
Services: A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 by the family (Private). Arrangements entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem, PA

"A Korean War veteran has passed away today." Jeremiah, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow war veteran. We all are grateful for your stepping up to the plate when your country needed you the most. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Have a smooth flight airman.
